摘要
本文以延长县2018年治沟造地项目为研究对象,基于层次分析法(AHP),选取新增耕地率、田间道路密度等9个生态效益指标,构建生态效益评价体系,对治沟造地项目规划设计和竣工完成的生态效益进行评价、比较。结果表明:AHP适用于延安治沟造地项目生态效益评价,对陕北黄土高原区其他土地整治项目的评价具有一定的借鉴意义。215子项目和216子项目规划设计的综合指数分别为74.05和71.28,等级均为良好;竣工完成的综合指数分别为66.20和68.81,等级均为中等。治沟造地项目的实施整体上是成功的,项目区的生产条件得到了极大优化,生态环境取得了较大改善。
It has positive significance for improving the local ecological environment,increasing the cultivated area,and ensuring food security.This article takes the gully land consolidation project of 2018y in Yanchang County as the research object,based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),selects 9 ecological benefit indicators such as the new cultivated land rate and field road density,etc.Build an ecological benefit evaluation system to evaluate and compare the ecological benefits of the design and completion of the gully land reclamation project.The results show that:AHP can be used for the evaluation of the ecological benefits of the gully land reclamation project,and it has certain reference significance for the evaluation of other land remediation projects in the Loess Plateau of Northern Shaanxi.The comprehensive scores for the design of 215 subprojects and 216 subprojects were 74.05 and 71.28,respectively,with good grades;the comprehensive scores for completion were 66.20 and 68.81,respectively,with medium grades.It shows that the implementation of the gully land consolidation project is generally successful,the production conditions in the project area have been greatly optimized,and the ecological environment has been greatly improved.
