摘要
目的分析环孢素滴眼液联合那他霉素治疗真菌性角膜炎的临床效果。方法选取60例真菌性角膜炎患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。观察组采用环孢素滴眼液联合那他霉素滴眼液治疗,对照组采用那他霉素滴眼液治疗。观察2组患者治疗前及治疗2周后视力变化,比较其治疗后的临床疗效、溃疡直径、视力指数、住院时间、溃疡愈合时间以及不良反应情况。结果治疗2周后,观察组总有效率为90.00%(27/30),高于对照组的73.33%(22/30);治疗2周后观察组溃疡直径为(3.26±0.39)mm、住院时间为(9.14±2.57)d及溃疡愈合时间为(12.58±2.84)d,均短于对照组(4.37±0.43)mm、(12.58±2.43)d及(17.84±3.06)d;观察组视力指数为(0.45±0.06),高于对照组(0.37±0.04),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论环孢素滴眼液联合那他霉素滴眼液治疗真菌性角膜炎,可提高患者的临床效果,改善视力水平,加快恢复速度。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Cyclosporin Eye Drops combined with amphotericin in the treatment of fungal keratitis.Methods 60 cases of fungal keratitis diagnosed in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The observation group was treated with Cyclosporin Eye Drops combined with Natamycin Eye Drops.The control group were treated with Natamycin Eye Drops.The symptoms,slit lamp examination and visual acuity of the patients before and after 3,7 and 14 d were observed and scored according to the scoring standard of the severity of keratitis.The adverse reactions after treatment were counted.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%(27/30),which was higher than 73.33%(22/30)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the ulcer diameter of the observation group was(3.26±0.39)mm,the hospitalization time was(9.14±2.57)d,and the ulcer healing time was(12.58±2.84)d,which were all lower than those of the control group[(4.37±0.43)mm,(12.58±2.43)d,(17.84±3.06)D].The visual acuity index of the observation group was(0.45±0.06),which was higher than that of the control group(0.37±0.04),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Cyclosporine eye drops combined with natamycin eye drops in the treatment of fungal keratitis can improve the clinical efficacy of patients,improve the level of vision,speed up the recovery rate,which is worthy of clinical application.
