摘要
当前,全球贸易和投资体系的深刻调整使中国企业OFDI行为的不确定性风险上升。理论梳理发现,现有的经济制度质量评判鲜少考虑不同国家的现实国情和不同发展阶段的差异性问题。本文立足于中国“一带一路”投资实践和OFDI企业直接的制度需求,从市场开放视角分析了东道国经济制度质量对中国OFDI的影响,认为不同评价体系显著影响经济制度质量分析,以中国和东道国之间直接的制度引力做出的经济制度的适应性判断结论更为客观、科学和有效。
At present,the profound adjustment of the global trade and investment system has increased the risk of institutional uncertainty faced by Chinese companies’ OFDI behavior.theoretical review suggests that existing economic system quality evaluation rarely considers the actual national conditions of different countries and the differences in different development stages.Based on China’s"Belt and Road"investment practice and OFDI’s direct institutional needs,this article analyzes the impact of the quality of the host country’s economic system on China’s OFDI from the perspective of market opening,and believes that different evaluation systems significantly affect the analysis of the quality of the economic system.The conclusion of the adaptability of the economic system based on the institutional gravity between China and the host country is more objective,scientific and effective.
