摘要
目的探讨耳后注射利多卡因治疗耳鸣的临床疗效。方法选取2017年1月—2019年1月在我院治疗的单侧耳鸣患者76例为研究对象,并随机将患者分为对照组、观察组,两组患者均接受常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上于耳后注射利多卡因治疗,对照组在常规治疗基础上在耳后注射相同剂量的生理盐水,对两组患者治疗效果进行比较分析。结果在临床治疗总有效率方面观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗前两组患者耳鸣残量表评分与纯音听阀值均无较大差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组耳鸣残量表评分与纯音听阀值均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对耳鸣患者在常规治疗基础上于耳后注射利多卡因,能有效改善患者症状,提升临床疗效,应用价值显著。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of lidocaine injection behind the ear for tinnitus.Methods A total of 76 patients with unilateral tinnitus who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.Both groups received conventional treatment.The observation group was in the routine on the basis of treatment,lidocaine was injected behind the ear,and the control group was injected with the same dose of normal saline behind the ear on the basis of conventional treatment.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Before treatment, there was no significantdifference between the tinnitus residual scale scores and the pure tonelistening threshold between the two groups (P > 0.05). The tinnitus residualscale score and pure tone threshold in the group were significantly lowerthan those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Injecting lidocainebehind the ear on the basis of conventional treatment for tinnitus patientscan effectively improve the symptoms of patients and enhance the clinicalefficacy, with significant application value.
