摘要
针对大学生在机械类毕业设计课题方案选择环节呈现工程意识薄弱、没有科学的论证方法与模式等问题,开发了机械产品设计方案评价系统。该系统基于AHP法,建立了方案设计评价模型,该模型以机械产品的工作性能、经济性能、可靠性能为评价的3个准则层,每个准则层下设计3个子准则层,科学、全面评价机械产品设计方案。为了增强系统的实际应用性,利用Visual Studio 2012 MFC编程,基于对话框、流文件读写技术,实现简易数据库及功能模块设计,完成了系统开发。
In view of the weak engineering consciousness and the lack of clear demonstration methods and models in the selection of graduation design projects, the evaluation system of mechanical product design schemes is developed. Based on AHP(analytic hierarchy process) method, the evaluation model of scheme design is established. This model takes the working performance, economic performance and reliability performance of mechanical products as three criteria levels. In order to enhance the practical application of the system, with Visual Studio 2012 MFC programming and based on dialog box and stream file read-write technology, the design of simple database and function module has been realized and the system development has been completed.
