摘要
该文为解决高校实验楼废气治理设施占地面积难题,通过对废气处理技术的分析,结合学校新建实验楼案例,提出了碱洗、活性炭复合式处理塔的技术方案。根据实际监测数据显示,废气治理后满足排放标准,单台设备可节约50%的占地面积,自下而上的气流组织有利于废气排放系统的末端优化,节约大量例行环保监测费用,可供高校实验楼废气治理参考。
To solve the problem of the area occupied by waste gas treatment facilities in university experimental buildings, based on the analysis of the existing waste gas treatment technology, and combined with the case of newly-built laboratory buildings, a technical scheme of alkali washing and activated carbon composited treatment tower is put forward. According to the actual monitoring data, the exhaust gas meets the emission standard after treatment, and a single equipment can save 50% of the floor space. The bottom-up air distribution is conducive to the end optimization of the exhaust emission system, saving a lot of routine environmental monitoring costs, which can be used as a reference for waste gas treatment in university laboratory buildings.
