花生双行组合交错排种装置的设计 被引量:1

摘要 根据福建省农业科学院作物研究所发明的“基于联合收获机花生组合交错配套栽培方法”和珍珠豆型花生品种种子的特征,设计了花生双行组合交错排种装置并对其进行试验。该排种装置采用双排种轮结构,以两穴同时等间距连续排种的方式实现单行非等穴距交错播种的排种要求;将排种轮左右两段轮面上的排种窝眼位置设置成交错形式,实现以组合方式双行交错播种的排种要求;将排种窝眼设置为平键槽型式并采用偏置结构,加上刮种轮的刮种作用和拨种组件的拨种作用,使排种轮排出种子的粒数准确且破损少。该排种装置的排种性能较好,能满足设计要求,但双粒数占比指标应进一步优化。 According to the"Peanut Combination Staggered Cultivation Method Based on Combine Harvester"invented by the Crop Research Institute of Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences and the characteristics of pearl bean-type peanut varieties,a peanut double row combination staggered seeding device was designed and tested.The seed metering device adopts the structure of double seeding wheels,and realizes the seeding requirement of single row unequal hole spacing staggered seeding by means of two holes at the same time and continuous seeding at equal spacing;The positions of seeding holes on the left and right sections of the seeding wheels were set in a staggered form,so as to realize the requirement of double-row staggered seeding in combined way.The seeding hole is set to a flat key groove type and an offset structure,coupled with the seed scraping function of the seed scraping wheel and the seed removal function of the seed removal assembly,the number of seeds discharged from the seeding wheel is accurate and the seeds are less damaged.With good seeding performance,the seeding device can meet the design requirements,but the index of the proportion of double seeds should be further optimized.
