摘要
在农业生产的过程中,为了防治病虫害,提高农作物产量,农民会大量使用农药和化肥,因此会有部分农药化肥残留在农产品上,这些农药残留物便成了农产品质量安全的来源。本文从农产品的质量控制及农药残留的检测技术方面入手,分析如何提升农产品的质量安全,保障人们身体健康。
In the process of agricultural production,in order to prevent pests and improve crop yields,farmers will use a lot of pesticides and fertilizers.Therefore,some pesticides and fertilizers remain on agricultural products,and these pesticide residues become a source of agricultural product quality and safety.In this paper,we will analyze how to improve the quality and safety of agricultural products and protect people’s health from the quality control of agricultural products.
