摘要
针对胶浆灌入率的影响因素和影响程度,以及不同灌入率对半柔性路面材料路用性能的影响开展研究。通过室内实验,对比沥青混合料的空隙率、级配类型、水泥胶浆细砂粒径和用量对胶浆灌入率的影响,评估不同胶浆灌入率的半柔性路面材料的高温稳定性和水稳定性。结果表明:灌入率显著影响半柔性材料的高温稳定性和水稳定性,增大沥青混合料的空隙率、选用较小砂胶比和较细粒径的细砂拌制水泥胶浆等方式可提高胶浆灌入率;为保证半柔性路面材料路用性能,胶浆灌入率应至少不低于70%。
Research on influencing factors,influence level of glue filling rate and its influence on road performance of semi-flexible pavement materials is carried out.Through laboratory experiment,effect of the void ratio and gradation type of asphalt mixture with cement mortar fine sand particle size and dosage on glue filling rate is compared.High temperature stability and water stability of semi-flexible pavement materials with different glue filling rates is evaluated.The results show that the filling rate significantly affects the high temperature stability and water stability of semi-flexible materials.Increasing the void ratio of the asphalt mixture,a smaller sand-to-binder ratio and using a finer-grained fine sand to mix cement mortar can improve the cement filling rate.To ensure the pavement performance of the semi-flexible material,cement grout rate should be at least not less than 70%.
