我国甲状腺疾病的防治现状、对策及挑战 被引量：34

Current status of prevention and treatment of thyroid diseases in China:strategy and challenges

摘要 甲状腺疾病包括甲状腺功能异常、甲状腺自身免疫异常、甲状腺肿大和甲状腺良恶性结节,是内分泌系统的常见病。全国31个省市自治区新近的调查数据(共78470例样本)显示,我国18岁以上成年人的甲状腺疾病总体患病率高达50%,甲状腺功能异常[甲状腺功能亢进(甲亢)、亚临床甲亢、甲状腺功能减退(甲减)、亚临床甲减]的患病率达15.17%,其中亚临床甲减的患病率最高,为12.93%;甲状腺自身抗体阳性率为14.19%;甲状腺结节的患病率为20.43%;甲状腺肿大的患病率为1.17%[1]。
