摘要
近年来,随着经济的快速发展,河流水生态水环境问题不断累积且日益突出,推进河流水生态系统修复,维持河流健康已成为全社会关注的焦点。围绕新时期治水思路,在前人经验的基础上,搭建了河流水生态系统修复设计STS模型,提出了水生态系统修复螺旋式发展模式,系统阐述了科学、技术、社会三要素在修复过程中的作用以及三者之间存在的关系,并在模型框架下总结了各要素运行的关键程序,以期为新时期河流水生态系统修复提供参考。
With the rapid development of economy in China,the problems of river water ecology and water environment are accumulating and becoming more and more prominent in recent years.Therefore,promoting the restoration of river water ecosystem to maintain river health has become the focus of whole society.Based on existing experiences,the STS model for river water ecosystem restoration design is built around the idea of water control in the new era.A spiral development model of water ecosystem restoration is proposed,and the functions of science,technology and society in the process of restoration and the relationship among them are systematically expounded.In the end,the key procedures of each element operation are summarized under the framework of the model in order to provide reference for the restoration of river water ecosystem in the new era.
