摘要
流涎是脑性瘫痪患儿严重并发症之一,西医认为其主要是口咽运动功能障碍所致,目前治疗主要是药物、康复及手术等方法,临床疗效不满意;针刺治疗本病简便易廉,疗效明显且无副作用。但目前针刺选穴多样且缺乏规范标准,本文就针刺治疗本病不同选穴机制、配穴方法进行分析并做综述。
Salivation is one of the serious complications in children with cerebral palsy,which western medicine believes is mainly caused by oropharyngeal motor dysfunction.At present,the treatment of this disease mainly includes drugs,rehabilitation and surgery,and the clinical efficacy is not satisfactory;Acupuncture treatment is simple,inexpensive,effective and has no side effects.However,there are various selection of acupoints and lack of normative standards at present.This paper analyzes and summarizes the different mechanism of acupoint selection and acupoint matching methods in acupuncture treatment for this disease.
