摘要
2019年12月爆发的肺炎疫情是由新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)引起,该病毒已经传播至中国各个省和其他至少26个国家和地区。经过科学家和临床医务人员不分昼夜地合力奋战,一系列具有潜在抗病毒作用的药物逐渐被鉴定和证实。目前,羟氯喹在抵御疫情中的作用非常值得关注。本文结合已知证据讨论羟氯喹的有效性和安全性等特点,以期分析其在新型冠状病毒感染防治中的优势与价值,并为临床治疗提供参考。
The pneumonia caused by SARS-CoV-2 outbreak in December,2019,which has spread around China and at least 26 other countries and areas.With all the efforts the scientists and clinical workers have put into the virus war.A series of agents that have potential antiviral activities have been identified and verified.Now,the effects of Hydroxychloroquine in fighting the COVID-19 is worth attention.This article collects the evidence already known to discuss the effectiveness and safety of Hydroxychloroquine and analyze its strengths and values to help clinical therapy.
