摘要
随着国内绿建技术逐步成熟运用,其增量成本呈下降趋势。基此,结合福建省内绿建设计现状,在满足相关政策要求前提下,通过分析软成本中的设计性成本,以及优化绿建具体措施,探讨降低绿建增量成本措施,并提出相关合理性建议。研究结果认为,绿建设计全阶段,应对绿建增量成本进行系统分析;在绿建工程全寿命周期节能实施中,应重点分析外围护结构,探索其最优化方案。
With the gradual maturity and application of domestic green building technology,its incremental cost is on the decline. Based on current situation of green building design in Fujian Province,meet the premise of the policy requirements,by analyzing the design soft cost,optimizing the specific measures of green building,this paper discusses the measures to reduce the incremental cost of green building,and puts forward relevant reasonable suggestions. The research results show that the incremental cost of green building should be systematically analyzed in the whole design stage of green building;in the implementation of energy-saving in the whole life cycle of green building project,the external enclosure structure should be analyzed and its optimization scheme should be explored.
