Objective To investigate the effect of pelvic floor muscle exercise combined with humanistic care on the rehabilitation effect of patients with cervical cancer who underwent radiotherapy after operation. Methods To select 80 cases of patients with cervical cancer who underwent radiotherapy after operation in our hospital from September 2017 to September 2019 was set as the study subject, and they were randomly divided into a control group and a study group. Both groups received radiotherapy after operation. The control group received conventional nursing care, and the study group received pelvic floor muscle exercise combined with humanistic care on the basis of the control group to compare the SDS and SAS scores, indexes of urination, incidence of complication, and quality of life between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The scores of SAS and SDS in the control group were higher than those in the study group(P<0.05).The index of urination in the control group was higher than that in the study group(P<0.05).The incidence of complication in the control group was higher than that in the study group(P<0.05).The quality of life in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting pelvic floor muscle exercise combined with humanistic care on the rehabilitation effect of patients with cervical cancer who underwent radiotherapy after operation had a significant effect, which can effectively reduce the SDS and SAS scores and the incidence of complications, and optimize indexes of urination and quality of life, which was worth popularizing and applying.
