摘要
本文对基于LabWindows/CVI某应答机自动测试系统软、硬件进行了设计。[1]系统采用LUA脚本+执行器的软件架构,测试序列采用LUA脚本语言开发,开发者主要关注开发和调试测试流程。执行器采用NI公司CVI软件环境开发,完成用户界面、执行脚本、异常处理、数据保存、报表输出等其他功能,并且将这些功能固化。硬件方面选用CPLD作为核心控制器件,控制射频开关箱和低频开关箱的路由,将被测件的接口联接到仪器,计算机回读仪器测量值,完成自动测试。
In this paper,the software and hardware of a transponder automatic test system based on Labwindows/CVI are designed. The software architecture of LUA script plus executor is adopted in the system,test sequence is developed by LUA script language,developers focus on development and debugging test process. The actuator is developed in the CVI software development environment of NI company,complete user interface,execute script,exception handing,data saving,report output and other functions,and solidify these functions. In terms of hardware,CPLD is selected as the core control device to control the routing of RF switch box and LF switch box,connect the interface of the tested equipment to the instrument,read back the measured value of the instrument by computer,and complete the automatic test.
