摘要
在ICU中,10%~40%的患者有脓毒症,这也是危重患者急性肾损伤的主要原因。脓毒症相关性急性肾损伤及多器官衰竭的存在,进一步增加了患者死亡的风险。目前,CRRT技术已经发展成为脓毒症和脓毒症引起的急性肾损伤的治疗方法。CRRT中不同的治疗模式可以同时作用于病原体本身和宿主过度的免疫反应,达到清除炎症细胞因子,吸附代谢产物,维持内环境稳定的作用。本文回顾了现有文献,综述了CRRT的背景、基本原理、作用机制、介入时间、剂量选择等最新的研究进展。
In the intensive care unit(ICU), about 10% to 40% patients are suffering sepsis, which is the main cause of acute renal injury in critical patients. Sepsis-related acute renal injury and multiple organ failure further increase the risk of death. At present, CRRT technology has developed into a treatment for sepsis and acute renal injury caused by sepsis. Different treatment modes in CRRT act on pathogen itself and host’s excessive immune response at the same time, so as to eliminate inflammatory cytokines,absorb metabolites and maintain internal environment stability. This paper reviewed the existing literature, and summarized the latest research progress of CRRT,including the latest research progress such as its background, basic principle,action mechanism,intervention time, dose selection, etc.
