摘要 为解决含分布式可再生能源的配电网规划问题,建立了考虑广义储能的双层配电网协调规划模型。模型上层以系统总成本最小、线路负载率均匀度最小和广义储能利用率最大为优化目标,求解配电网规划方案;模型下层以可再生能源消纳量最大和违反约束惩罚量最小为优化目标,求解广义储能的运行策略。文章分析了上、下层模型间的信息传递关系,采用传统遗传算法和风驱动优化算法嵌套求解双层模型。通过对某地区实际配电系统的仿真计算,验证了所提模型的有效性。 The concept of energy storage is appropriately extended,and the battery energy storage,translatable load and electric vehicle charging load are regarded as generalized energy storage systems.A bi-level distribution network coordination planning model with generalized energy storage is established to solve the problem of distribution network planning with distributed renewable energy.With the goal of minimizing the total system cost and line load rate uniformity and maximizing the generalized energy storage utilization rate,the upper layer searches the distribution network planning scheme.With the goal of maximizing the amount of renewable energy consumption and minimizing violation penalty,the lower layer solves the operation strategy of generalized energy storage.The information transfer relationship between the upper and lower layers is analyzed.Then,the traditional genetic algorithm and the wind driven optimization algorithm are used to nest the two-layer model.Finally,the simulative results of a practical regional distribution system verify the effectiveness of the proposed model.
