智能数显防干烧电热水壶控制系统设计

摘要 日常生活经常会碰到电水壶烧干或者烧坏的情况出现。本文设计一款电热水壶系统以STC89C52单片机为核心,由温度测量电路、水位测量电路来进行电热水壶内温度数据、水位数据的实时测量,电热水壶的使用者能够通过LCD1602液晶屏实现电热水壶温度数据、水壶工作状态的观测。若检测到电热水壶内无水、电热水壶的加热温度数据高达到上限温度数据后,系统会声光预警,并能够自行切断加热。同时使用人员通过手机APP与智能数显防干烧电热水壶控制系统通过蓝牙建立通信,电热水壶使用人员可不在现场也能准确的了解电热水壶加热的数据信息。通过这种智能的控制方式,可以有效的掌握电热水壶的运行状况,提高了其工作效率。 daily life will often encounter electric kettle burning or burning.This paper designs an electric kettle system with STC89C52 single chip microcomputer as the core.The temperature measurement circuit and water level measurement circuit are used to measure the temperature data and water level data in the electric kettle in real time.The users of the electric kettle can realize the observation of the temperature data and the working state of the kettle by LCD1602 the LCD screen.If it is detected that the heating temperature data of the kettle is high to the upper limit temperature data,the system will be acousto-optic warning and can cut off the heating by itself.At the same time,the user establishes the communication with the intelligent digital display anti-drying electric kettle control system through Bluetooth through the mobile phone APP.The electric kettle user can also accurately understand the data information of the electric kettle heating.Through this intelligent control mode,we can effectively grasp the operation of electric kettle and improve its working efficiency.
