摘要
平台经济作为21世纪备受关注的经济模式,在我国农业经济发展过程中扮演着重要角色。为对过去一段时期涉农电商平台的经济影响效应进行客观而准确的评估,根据平台经济基本特征,在探讨涉农电商平台对农业经济发展影响机理的基础上,利用改进的双重差分(DID)模型和三重差分(DDD)模型,从政策效应、规模效应、集聚效应三个维度着眼,评估涉农电商平台的经济影响效应。研究发现,涉农电商平台通过影响农产品供需、平台自身价值提升、平台集聚发展等为农业经济发展注入活力。实证发现,涉农电商平台对农业经济发展影响的政策效应、规模效应、集聚效应均具有显著性,但均呈现边际效应递减趋势,且涉农电商平台对农民收入的提升并不具有显著影响。因此,为充分发挥涉农电商平台对农业经济发展的促进作用,需要从推动农业经济发展与农民增收、扩大农民在供需两侧的参与度、借助区域优势大力发展平台经济等三方面入手,重新定位涉农电商平台在农业经济发展中的功能和作用,重点关注涉农电商平台对农业发展新模式、新动能、新业态的培育,涉农电商平台对农业经济发展的引导,相关产业基础设施的配套等方面。
Platform economy,the economic model attracting the most attention in the 21st century,plays the important role in the development of China’s agricultural economy.In order to objectively and accurately evaluate the economic impact effect of agricultural e-commerce platform in the past period,based on the basic characteristics of platform economy and the influencing mechanism of agricultural e-commerce platform on the development of agricultural economy,the author takes advantage of the improved DID model and DDD model to evaluate the economic impact effect of agricultural e-commerce platform from such three dimensions as policy effect,scale effect and agglomeration effect.It is found that agricultural e-commerce platform brings impetus to the development of agricultural economy through having impact on the supply and demand of agricultural products,the improvement of platform value,and the integrated development of the platform.It is also found that the policy effect,scale effect,and agglomeration effect of the impact of agricultural e-commerce platform on the development of agricultural economy is significant;but the marginal effect of that is diminishing.Moreover,the impact of agricultural e-commerce platform on the increase of farmers’income is not significant.To fully give play to the role of agricultural e-commerce platform in promoting the development of agricultural economy,we should start from such three aspects as promoting the development of agricultural economy and increasing farmers’income,enhancing the participation of farmers in both the supply and demand sides,and working hard to develop the platform economy with the help of regional advantages,reposition the function and role of agricultural e-commerce platform in the development of agricultural economy,and pay more attention to the cultivation of new pattern,new driving forces,and new types of business of agricultural development,the guidance of agricultural e-commerce platform,and the support of related industrial infrastructure.
