摘要
目的对区县医院全日制本科护士专业自我概念状况进行调查分析,为加强基层护理人才培养、促进区县医院护理能力提升提供一定的决策依据,也为全日制本科护生就业选择起到良好的指引意义。方法采用中文版护士专业自我概念问卷对103名区县医院在岗全日制本科护士进行调查,并采用方差分析、t检验等,从综合自我概念、照护、员工关系、沟通、知识、领导6个维度对其专业自我概念进行分析。结果区县医院全日制本科护士专业自我概念得分为(6.42±1.18)分,处于中等偏上水平。结论区县医院管理者应重视全日制本科护士专业自我概念水平提升,增强其职业认同感,以促进医院服务能力的持续提升。
Objective The self-concept of full-time undergraduate nurses in district and county hospitals was investigated,so as to provide some suggestions for strengthening the training of primary nurses and promoting the service ability of district and county hospitals.Methods A total of 103 full-time undergraduate nurses were investigated by Chinese version of nurse self-concept questionnaire(C-NSCQ).The analysis of variance and t-test were used to analyse the influence of six dimensions of comprehensive self-concept,nursing,employee relationship,communication,knowledge and leadership on the self-concept of full-time undergraduate nurses.Results The score of professional self-concept of full-time undergraduate nurses in district and county hospital was(6.42±1.18),which was in the upper middle level.Conclusion Nursing managers should attach importance to the improvement of self-concept of full-time undergraduate nurses and enhance their sense of professional identity in order to promote the continuous improvement of service ability in grass-roots hospitals.
