摘要
视网膜母细胞瘤(retinoblastoma,RB)是婴幼儿最常见的眼内恶性肿瘤,严重危害患儿的生命及视功能,对其早期诊断和精准治疗是相关学者共同追求的目标。本文就目前RB诊断和治疗的研究进展进行综述。基因检测技术的进步有助于RB的早期和精准诊断,同时RB的治疗方式也一直朝着提高保眼率和减少并发症的方向发展。
Retinoblastoma(RB)is the most common intraocular malignant tumor in infants and young children,which seriously endangers their life and visual function.Early diagnosis and precise treatment are the common goals pursued by related scholars.This article reviews the current research progress in RB diagnosis and treatment.The progress of genetic testing technologies is conducive to the early and accurate diagnosis of RB,and its treatment has been developing in the direction of higher eye-protective rate and fewer complications.
