摘要
单纯疱疹病毒Ⅰ型(HSV-1)属于疱疹病毒α亚科,在人群中广泛传播,感染机体后可建立潜伏感染并在宿主体内存活终生。病毒感染后机体的许多先天免疫被激活,同时HSV-1也进化出逃避宿主的免疫反应,其中涉及到不同的信号通路、转录因子及免疫细胞等。本文简要综述HSV-1的感染机制和病毒的逃逸机制,为今后防治药物和疫苗的研发奠定基础。
Herpes simplex virus typeⅠ(HSV-1)belongs to the herpesvirus alpha subfamily and spreads widely in the human population.After HSV-1 infection,the viruses can establish a latent infection and persist in humans for the lifetime of the host organism.A number of innate immunity of the body was activated following HSV-1 infection,while the virus evolves to evade the host immune responses,involving different signaling pathways,transcription factors and immune cells.In this paper,we reviewed the mechanism of virus infection and escape,which will lay a theoretical foundation for drug treatment and vaccine development of HSV-1.
