摘要
针对全自动激光去溢料机中的固定架零件进行结构设计与三维造型,并以此为对象利用Solidworks软件的仿真模块,对该零件分别进行自由和约束状态下的模态分析,研究其前5阶固有频率和振型图,较为准确地预测固定架零件的变形情况,发现其结构设计缺陷并加以改进,以此保证了零件设计的合理性,避免了复杂的理论分析与计算过程,也为进一步开展零件优化设计和激光提升去溢料机整机工作性能提供了理论依据。
In this paper the structure design and three-dimensional modeling of the fixing frame parts in the automatic laser overflow removing machine were carried out.And for this reason by using the simulation module of SolidWorks software,the modal analysis of the part under free and constrained States were also carried out.By studying the first five natural frequencies and mode shapes,the deformation of the fixed frame parts can be predicted accurately,and the structural design defects can be found and improved,so as to ensure the rationality of the part design and avoid the complicated theoretical analysis and calculation process.It also provided a theoretical basis for the further optimization design of the parts and the laser enhanced performance of the whole machine.
