摘要
随着自助服务在各行业中的应用,高校图书馆自助服务也在快速发展。文章结合南京信息工程大学图书馆自助服务系统的设计与实践探讨了当前高校图书馆自助服务中存在的一些问题,并分析了问题的主要原因,在此基础上提出了改进图书馆自助服务的六点建议,以期更好地发挥图书馆自助服务系统的作用和服务于读者。
With the application of self-service in various industries, the self-service of university library is also developing rapidly. Combined with the design and practice of the self-service system of Nanjing University of information technology, this paper discusses some problems existing in the self-service of university library, analyzes the main causes of the problems. On this basis, it puts forward 6 suggestions for improving the self-service of the library, so as to better play the role of the self-service system of the library and better serve the readers.
