摘要
在推进应用型本科教育的国家高等教育体系改革背景下,把企业引入教学,促进校企融合是提升工商管理专业人才培养质量的重要途径。为了将"引企入教"引入到工商管理中,结合工商管理专业与部分企业融合、校企合作的经验,提出了人才培养改革的措施。
Under the background of the reform of the national higher education system to promote the application-oriented undergraduate education, the introduction of enterprises into teaching and the promotion of school enterprise integration is an important way to improve the quality of talent training of business administration. In order to introduce "introducing enterprises into education" into business administration, combined with the experience of integration of business administration with some enterprises and school enterprise cooperation, this paper puts forward the reform measures of talent cultivation.
