摘要
【目的】探究柠檬酸与植物联合修复铅镉污染土壤的效果.【方法】拟构建柠檬酸-美人蕉修复体系,探讨其对铅(Pb)和镉(Cd)复合污染土壤修复的影响.采用双因素完全随机区组试验,A因素为铅镉污染浓度,设置4个水平,即Cd 0 Pb 0、Cd 1 Pb 100、Cd 5 Pb 500、Cd 10 Pb 1000(mg/kg);B因素为柠檬酸添加量,设置4个水平,添加量分别为0、2、5、10 mmol/kg.【结果】美人蕉在铅镉复合污染胁迫下长势良好,具有较高的生物量积累,可见美人蕉对重金属铅镉耐性较强,具有修复土壤铅镉污染的潜力;柠檬酸的添加显著增加了美人蕉的株高、根长和生物量(P<0.05),且随着柠檬酸的添加量的增加,美人蕉的株高、根长和生物量逐渐增加;添加柠檬酸显著增加了美人蕉的地上、地下部分和单株铅镉积累量,且使铅镉的转运系数也大于1;在未添加柠檬酸(CA 0)时,美人蕉铅镉含量地下部分>地上部分;添加柠檬酸后,则表现为地上部分>地下部分.【结论】柠檬酸-美人蕉体系修复铅镉复合污染土壤的结果可为修复铅镉污染土壤的实际应用提供理论依据和技术参考.
【Objective】In order to explore the effect of citric acid combined with plants on remediation of lead(Pb)and cadmium(Cd)contaminated soil.【Method】We constructed the remediation system(citric acid-Canna indica),to explore its effect on remediation of lead(Pb)and cadmium(Cd)contaminated soil.We used two-factor randomized complete block experiment.Factor A was the contamination of lead and cadmium,at four levels of Cd 0Pb 0,Cd 1Pb 100,Cd 5Pb 500,Cd 10 Pb 1000(data in units of mg/kg).Factor B was the amount of citric acid,at four levels of 0,2.0,5.0,and 10.0 mmol/kg,respectively.【Result】C.indica grew well under the stress of lead and cadmium combined pollution and had higher biomass accumulation.C.indica had strong tolerance to heavy metal lead and cadmium and has the potential to repair soil lead and cadmium pollution.The addition of citric acid significantly increased the plant height,root length and biomass of C.indica(P<0.05),and with the addition of citric acid,the plant height,root length and biomass of C.indica gradually increased.The addition of citric acid significantly increased the accumulation of lead and cadmium in the aboveground and underground parts and individual plants of C.indica,and the transport coefficient of lead and cadmium was also greater than 1.When citric acid(CA0)was not added,the content of lead and cadmium in C.indica was higher in underground part than in aboveground part.After citric acid added,the above-ground part was more than the underground.【Conclusion】The mechanism of citric acid-Canna indica combined technology for remediation of lead and cadmium contaminated soil can provide theoretical basis and technical reference for the practical application of remediation of lead and cadmium contaminated soil.
