摘要
目的评估社区≥60岁老年人三价流感病毒裂解疫苗(Trivalent influenza split-virion vaccine,TIV)接种后不良事件发生率。方法采用便利抽样于2018年11月-2019年4月选择台州市6个乡镇社区≥60岁老年人接种TIV,主动观察接种后30d内不良事件,分析发生率。结果在1054研究对象中,接种TIV后不良事件发生率为9.39%(99例),其中局部、全身不良事件发生率分别为4.46%(47例)、4.93%(52例);局部疼痛、咳嗽发生率分别为2.18%(23例)、1.90%(20例);1级、2级、3级、4级不良事件发生率分别为5.41%(57例)、1.99%(21例)、0.57%(6例)、0.28%(3例)。所有不良事件恢复;在发生后7d内恢复的病例占87.88%。结论社区≥60岁老年人接种TIV后不良事件发生率未超过预期,多为常见的轻微反应。
Objective To evaluate the incidence of adverse events following immunization(AEFIs) with a trivalent influenza split-virion vaccine(TIV) among community-dwelling elderly, aged ≥60 years. Methods We used a convenience sampling method to recruit participants over 60 years old f rom November 2018 to April 2019 in six township communities of Taizhou city. We administered one dose of TIV to each participant and observed AEFIs within 30 days after vaccination using an active surveillance technique to determine the AEFI incidence. Results The overall incidence of TIV AEFIs was 9.39%(99 cases) among 1 054 participants;the incidence was 4.46%(47 cases) for local AEFIs and 4.93%(52 cases) for systemic AEFIs. Incidences of pain and cough were 2.18%(23 cases) and 1.90%(20 cases);for grade 1, grade 2, grade 3, and grade 4 AEFIs, incidences were 5.41%(57 cases), 1.99%(21 cases), 0.57%(6 cases), and 0.28%(3 cases). All individuals with AEFIs recovered, 87.88% within 7 days of AEFI onset. Conclusions The incidence of TIV AEFIs among community-dwelling elderly aged ≥60 years was not higher than the expected, and most AEFIs were mild and common.
