摘要
为了探究电子膨胀阀过热度设定值对纯电动客车热泵空调系统制冷性能影响,搭建低压补气型纯电动客车热泵空调系统实验台,实验研究了系统在50℃高温环境下,主路及补路电子膨胀阀不同设定值对系统制冷性能的影响,结果表明:主路电子膨胀阀过热度值从3 K到7 K时,排气温度升高了0.9%~3.2%,压缩机功率下降了0.3%~5.6%,过热度值设定值为5 K时,系统的制冷量和COP分别达到最大值为15.24 kW、2.39;补路电子膨胀阀过热度值从15 K到30 K时,排气温度升高了1.4%~17%,压缩功率变化幅度0.7%~2.6%,过热度值设定值为20 K时,系统的制冷量和COP分别达到最大值为17.78 kW、2.62。
In order to explore the effect of the electronic expansion valve superheat setting on the cooling performance of heat pump air conditioning system in a only-driven-electrically bus,build a low-pressure air-filled test bench was built.The effects of different setting values of the main circuit and supplementary circuit electronic expansion valves on the cooling performance of the system at the high temperature environment of 50℃were studied experimentally.The results show that:(1)When the superheat value of the main electronic expansion valve is from 3 K to 7 K,the exhaust temperature increases by 0.9%~3.2%,the compressor power decreases by 0.3%~5.6%;the superheat value is set to at 5 K,the cooling capacity and COP of the system reach the maximum values of 15.24 kW and 2.39 respectively.(2)When the superheat value of the supplementary electronic expansion valve is from 15 K to 30 K,the exhaust temperature rises by 1.4%~17%,the compressor power changes by 0.7%~2.6%;when the superheat value is set at 20 K,the cooling capacity and COP reach the maximum value of 17.78 kW and 2.62 respectively.
