摘要
大学生就业一直是党和国家高度关注的焦点,与日益严峻的就业形势相反,当代大学生“慢就业”现象却日益凸显。从社会主要矛盾转化的视角来看,“慢就业”现象的产生的原因主要有市场人才供需结构失衡、高校就业服务有效供给不足和个体对职业的理想认知与现实的差距。提高就业质量和就业服务精准度是治理“慢就业”现象的基本理念;加强制度设计,强化高校主体责任,培养学生正确就业观是治理“慢就业”现象的现实路径。
The employment of college graduates has always been the focus of the party and state.Contrary to the increasingly severe employment situation,the phenomenon of“slow employment”among contemporary college students is becoming increasingly prominent.From the perspective of the transformation of the main social contradictions,the main reasons for the phenomenon of“slow employment”are the imbalance between supply and demand of talents in the market,insufficient effective supply of employment services in universities,and the gap between the ideal cognition and reality of individual occupation.Improving the quality of employment and the accuracy of employment service are the basic ideas to deal with the phenomenon of“slow employment”.Strengthening the system design,strengthening the main responsibility of colleges,and cultivating students’correct view of employment are the realistic ways to deal with the phenomenon of“slow employment”.
