摘要
以大能力铁路客运通道为单位,协同预测相关线路客运指标,可以提升铁路资源利用效率和路网整体效益。以兰州至合作、西宁至成都为例,结合线路吸引区域内人口分布及客货运特征,比较相关线路旅客运输径路,确定项目在西北至西南区际通道中的合理分工,考虑各自优势范围协同预测客运需求,为项目主要技术标准、建设时序及方案的研究提供决策支撑。基于通道合理分工的铁路客运需求协同预测以市场驱动为基础,由"线"及"面"研究通道分工及客运需求,对区域乃至全国路网合理高效运营具有一定意义。
Collaborative prediction of the passenger index of related lines based on large capacity railway passenger corridor helps improve the efficiency of railway resource utilization and the overall benefit of the railway network. Taking Lanzhou to Hezuo and Xining to Chengdu as examples, this study combines the population distribution and transportation characteristics of the attracted areas, determines the rational function division of northwest to southwest corridor under the premise of comparing passenger transportation routes, and forecasts passenger transportation demand of projects to provide decision support for the main technical standards, construction sequence and plan innovatively and collaboratively. The collaborative prediction of passenger transportation demand based on optimal corridor function is market-oriented and the corridor functions and passenger demand are analyzed from Single Line to Whole Area. This analysis is of great significance to the efficient operation of regional and even national railway network.
