摘要
平庆铁路是西北黄土高原地区新建铁路的典型代表,其限制坡度的确定对线路走向、工程规模、建设投资、运营效果、运输能力等至关重要。在阐述平庆铁路现状的基础上,对平庆铁路限制坡度取值范围进行估算,提出13‰限制坡度方案与16‰限制坡度方案。从相邻铁路限制坡度、沿线地形地貌、客货运量、机车种类及牵引质量等方面,分析影响平庆铁路限制坡度选择的主要因素,从地形地质适应性、工程设置可靠度、线路路网匹配性、运输组织灵活度等方面进行综合分析比选,推荐采用13‰限制坡度方案,为黄土沟壑梁峁地区新建铁路限制坡度选择提供借鉴。
Pingliang-Qingyang Railway is a typical representative of the newly built railway in the northwest loess plateau area, so the determination of its ruling gradient is essential to the alignment, project scale, construction investment, operation effect, transportation capacity. Based on expounding the existing situation of Pingliang-Qingyang railway, this paper estimates the range of the ruling gradient of Pingliang-Qingyang Railway. It puts forward two schemes of 13‰ ruling gradient and 16‰ ruling gradient. Then this paper analyzes the main factors that affect the ruling gradient of Pingliang-Qingyang railway from the aspects of adjacent railway ruling gradient, topography along the line, passenger and freight traffic volume, locomotive type and traction quality, and makes a comprehensive comparison from terrain and geological adaptability, engineering setting reliability, line network matching, transportation organization flexibility and so on. Finally, the scheme of 13‰ ruling gradient is recommended, which provides a reference for the selection of a the ruling gradient of new railway in the loess and hilly area.
