摘要
随着稀土的大规模开采、冶炼及广泛应用,人们在生产生活中能够接触到稀土的机会越来越多。稀土能够通过呼吸、食物链、血液和皮肤等途径进入人体并在相关器官蓄积,对机体可能产生近期和远期的损害作用。钇作为第一个被发现的重稀土元素,其对机体的损害作用一直是国内外学者研究的重点,但相关总结性综述较少。本文从人体、组织、细胞、DNA水平对稀土元素钇对机体的损害作用进行综述,以便为稀土元素钇的资源开发和安全应用提供科学依据。
With the large-scale mining,smelting and extensive application of rare earth,people have more and more access to rare earth in production and life.Rare earths can enter the body through respiration,food chains,blood and skin and accumulate in related organs,potentially causing short-term and long-term damage to the body.As the first heavy rare earth element discovered,yttrium has always been the focus of scholars at home and abroad on its damage to the body,but the related summary is less.In this paper,the damage of rare earth element yttrium to the body is reviewed from the level of human body,tissue,cell and DNA in order to provide scientific basis for the resource development and safe application of rare earth element yttrium.
