摘要
中国-韩国自由贸易协定于2015年12月20日生效后,双方互相削减了进口关税税率,促进了中韩货物贸易发展。2019年,海关、贸促会等部门联合对相关统计数据进行了分析并开展调研。本文基于数据分析,阐述了山东省中国-韩国自由贸易协定的实施情况,揭示了中国-韩国自由贸易协定项下关税优惠利用不平衡、不充分等方面的问题。通过充分认识鲁韩经贸合作面临的新形势,提出了加大政策推介、抢抓战略机遇、优化政策配套等对策建议。
After China-South Korea Free Trade Agreement took effect on December 20,2015,both sides reduced the import tariffs on each other,to promote the development of trade in goods between two countries.In 2019,China Customs and China Council for the Promotion of International Trade work together to analyze and conduct research on relevant statistical data.Based on the data analysis,this paper states the implementation of China-South Korea Free Trade Agreement in Shandong province,and reveals the problems of unbalanced and insufficient utilization of tariff preferences under the agreement.With full understanding the new situation on trade and economic cooperation between Shandong province and South Korea,this paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions,such as strengthening policy promotion,seizing strategic opportunities and optimizing policy supporting facilities.
