摘要
组织中的主人翁行为有复杂多元的驱动路径,通过对3家传统文化践履型企业的程序性扎根研究,提出了在“家文化”泛化背景下,驱动员工组织主人翁行为的是一种个体德性引导下的包括良知自觉的主导路径和利益达成、关系认同两个次生路径组成的多元路径。通过分析该多元路径的内部主次关系,突出了个体德性因素在员工组织主人翁行为形成中的主导作用。
There are complex and diverse driving paths for organizational ownership behavior.Through procedural grounded research on three traditional culture oriented companies,it is proposed that under the background of the generalization of“family culture”,there are multiple paths that drives employee organizational ownership including the dominant path of conscience consciousness guided by individual virtue and two secondary paths of interest achievement and relationship identification.Through the analysis of the internal primary and secondary relationship of the multiple paths,the main role of individual virtue factors in the formation of organizational ownership behavior is highlighted.
