摘要
从警民信任关系视角出发,建构警察被信任感、职业使命感与其幸福感的作用机理模型,并基于215名在职警官的实证调查数据对该理论模型进行定量分析。数据分析结果表明:被信任感对警察幸福感有显著正向影响;职业使命感在被信任感与警察幸福感的影响作用中起部分中介作用。该研究结论对公安机关从信任和职业使命感双向视角提升警察幸福感具有重要的实践价值。以双向引导并行的方式增强警民交互信任感知,以拉近警民心理距离方式切实提升警察幸福感,以唤醒从警初心使命的方式有效激发民警幸福感提升的内在动力,成为当前提升警察幸福感的重要举措。
From the perspective of the relationship between police and public,the research constructs the mechanism model of police-public trust,police's career calling and their well-being,and tests the hypotheses based on an empirical analysis of215 police's investigation data.As expected,the results suggest that:(1)police's feeling of being trusted by public has a prominent positive effect on police's well-being;(2)police's career calling plays a mediator role in the relationship between police's feeling of being trusted by public and police's well-being.The conclusion of this study is of great practical value for public security organs to enhance police's wellbeing from the perspective of trust and career calling,specifically,by guiding the police and people in parallel way to trust each other,narrowing the psychological distance between police and the public,awakening police's inner motivation and original aspiration.
