摘要
目的了解江苏4城市室内游泳场所从业人员健康状况及其影响因素。方法 2016—2019年,抽取江苏省4个地级市60家室内游泳场所,收集从业人员的基本情况、自评估工作场所环境情况、工作中采取的防护措施及近1个月的健康状况等信息,采用logistic回归模型分析游泳场所从业人员健康状况的影响因素。结果有效调查899人,31.2%有眼部症状,39.7%有呼吸系统症状,25.7%有皮肤症状者。女性、工龄≥10年、每天工作时间>8h、饮酒、工作场所有霉味是眼部症状发生的危险因素;年龄≥40岁、每天工作时间>8h、工作场所忽冷忽热是呼吸系统症状发生的危险因素;年龄≥40岁、每天工作时间>8h、工作场所空气中有灰尘是皮肤症状发生的危险因素;主动开窗通风为眼部症状发生的保护因素;工作时佩戴或使用防护用品是以上3个症状的保护因素(P值均<0.05)。结论年龄大、工龄长、每天工作时间长及工作场所环境不良均是影响游泳场所人员健康的危险因素。建议加大公共场所卫生知识宣传力度、加强游泳场所相关健康危害因素监测,评估从业人员健康风险,以保障从业人员的身体健康。
Objective To understand the health status and risk factors among indoor swimming places employees in 4 cities of Jiangsu province.Methods A total of 60 swimming pools in 4 cities of Jiangsu province were selected from 2016 to 2019,whose employees were surveyed to collect basic information together with self-evaluation of working environment,health protection measurements and health status in past month.Logistic regression model was conducted to analyze risk factors to the employees’ health.Results A total of 899 valid questionnaires were collected,among which 31.2% had ocular symptoms,39.7% had respiratory symptoms and 25.7% had skin symptoms.Femal,service time≥10 years,daily working hours>8 h,alcohol consumption and musty odor in the workplaces were risk factors for ocular symptoms;age≥40 years,daily working hours>8 hand unstable temperature in working places were risk factors for respiratory symptoms;age≥40 years,daily working hours>8 hand dust in workplaces were risk factors for skin symptoms;active window ventilation was a protective factor for ocular symptoms;using PPE(personal protective equipment)was a statistically significant protective factor for all 3 symptoms(all P <0.05).Conclusion Age,long service time and daily working hours,poor working environment are risk factors affecting employees′health status in swimming places.The publicity of public health knowledge and related health hazards surveillance should be strengthened in swimming places;the health risks of employees should be evaluated so as to ensure the health of employees.
