刮板连续运输车中关键结构的静力学分析

摘要 利用SolidWorks软件分别建立了刮板连续运输车中圆环链、接链环和溜槽架三维有限元仿真模型,确定了边界条件和所施加载荷大小和方向,并进行相应的网格划分和有限元仿真。通过有限元分析得到了在一定载荷条件下位移、应力和安全系数云图,计算结果表明,所用圆环链、接链环和溜槽架均能满足刚度和强度要求。 This paper uses the SolidWorks software to establish the three-dimensional finite element simulation models of the circular chain,connecting ring and chute frame in the scraper continuous transport vehicle.The boundary conditions,magnitude and direction of the applied load are determined,and the corresponding meshing and finite element simulation are carried out.Through finite element simulation calculations,the cloud images of displacement,stress and safety factor under certain load are obtained,and the results show that the ring chain,connecting ring and chute can meet the rigidity and strength requirements.
