摘要
基于对有较大平面、较大切削量的被加工件快速回转定位装夹的要求,设计一种新型定位装夹回转工装,利用回转轴承作为工件回转的支撑,使被加工件能够实现人力回转,减少辅助设备的使用频率、时间及非加工时间;利用螺杆对被加工件进行装夹固定,利用T型螺栓实现工装整体与机床台面的固定,保证被加工件在加工过程中不会因为加工受力而发生位移或者侧倾。该工装能够实现工件快速回转装夹,并且能够实现工件的快速拆卸,降低操作工的操作难度,提高加工效率,保证加工质量。
In order to meet the requirements of rapid rotation positioning and clamping of workpieces with larger planes and larger cutting amount,a new type of positioning and clamping rotary tool is designed,using rotary bearings as the support for workpiece rotation,so that the workpiece can be realized Manual rotation to reduce the use frequency and time of auxiliary equipment and non-processing time.Screws are used to clamp and fix the workpiece,and the T-bolt is used to fix the overall tooling and the table of the machine tool to ensure that the workpiece will not be displaced or tilted due to processing forces during the processing.The tooling can realize the rapid rotation and clamping of the workpiece,and can realize the rapid disassembly of the workpiece,reduce the operation difficulty of the operator,improve the processing efficiency,and ensure the processing quality.
