Objective To analyze the treatment effect of aspirin and low molecular weight heparin on habitual abortion patients. Methods 100 cases patients with habitual abortion from February 2017 to June 2019 who came to our hospital for treatment were selected as the study subjects.According to the way of random distribution, the patients were divided into experimental group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was used Aspirin to treat the patients, the experimental group was used aspirin combined with low molecular weight heparin to treat the patients. After the treatment, the abortion rate,full-term rate, live birth rate and pregnancy week of delivery were compared between the two groups. Results The full-term rate and live rate of the experimental group were 76.0%and 96.0%,respectively,which were higher than that of the control group(54.0%and 84.0%),and the data difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).The gestational age of the experimental group was(39.14±2.01)weeks,which was longer than that of the control group(37.25±1.04)weeks,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate of the experimental group was 6.0%,which was lower than that of the control group(20.0%),and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Aspirin combined with low-molecular-weight heparin is more effective and has clinical promotion value.
