降低Ф5.5 mm LX72A盘条脱碳层深度的研究

摘要 为控制Ф5.5 mm LX72A盘条的脱碳层深度不超过0.05 mm,对影响脱碳层深度的因素进行研究分析并制定控制措施:加热炉均热段温度由1110~1150℃降低到1070~1110℃,炉内钢坯采用间隔布料的方式以减少加热时间,严格控制炉内空燃比。采取控制措施后,Ф5.5 mm LX72A盘条脱碳层深度不大于0.05 mm,满足用户要求。 To control decarburization depth of diameter 5.5 mm LX72A wire rod not exceed 0.05 mm,the factors affecting decarbonization depth were studied and analyzed and controlled measures were formulated.Temperature of soaking section of reheating furnace was reduced from 1110~1150℃to 1070~1110℃,heating time of billet in reheating furnace was reduced by interval distribution,and strictly control the air fuel ratio in furnace.After taking control measures,the decarburization depth of diameter 5.5 mm LX72A wire rod is not exceeding 0.05 mm,which meet the user’s requirements.
