摘要
目的:通过监测、分析、评估食品中的重金属污染物,全面掌握辖区内食品中重金属污染状况,提高预防控制食源性疾病的能力,降低食源性疾病的发生概率,对食品安全监管提供强有力的技术支撑保障,对维护全市人民的身体健康具有重要的意义。方法:按照国家标准GB 5009.15-2014、GB 5009.123-2014、GB 5009.12-2017、GB 5009.11-2014、GB 5009.17-2014的方法进行各项指标的检测,并分类统计分析。结果:被检样品的铅、砷、镉、汞、铬重金属含量均未超出国家标准的限量值,但仍存在一定的安全风险。结论:食品中重金属项目污染监测事关重大,对于食品安全监管提供可靠的技术依据,具有重要的现实指导意义。
Objective:By Monitoring,analyzing and evaluating heavy metal contaminants in food,To master the status of heavy metal contamination in foods in the areas under our jurisdiction,improve our ability to prevent and control food-borne diseases,reduce the incidence of food-borne diseases,and provide strong technical support for food safety supervision,It is of great significance to maintain the health of the people in the city.Method:According to the national standards GB 5009.15-2014,GB 5009.123-2014,GB 5009.12-2017,GB 5009.11-2014,GB 5009.17-2014,all the indexes are tested and classified and analyzed statistically.Results:The contents of lead,arsenic,cadmium,Mercury and chromium in the samples do not exceed the limit value of the national standard,but there are still some safety risks.Conclusion:The monitoring of heavy metal pollution in food is very important,which provides reliable technical basis for food safety supervision and has important practical significance.
