摘要
针对地铁盾构隧道管片中T型螺栓与预埋槽道安装不到位或使用中T型螺栓松动风险进行分析,并提出使用止转垫片和较大规格的槽道等解决措施。经试验验证,止转垫片生产工艺简单、成本低、安装方便,既能彻底解决T型螺栓装不到位或使用中松动引起的脱落问题,同时又能很好地改善预埋槽道的受力状况。
Problems of T-bolt and embedded-channel being not installed in place or T-bolt in use is loosened are analyzed,and measures such as using stop gasket or bigger channel are proposed.Experiments verify that the stop gasket has advantages of simple manufacture process,low cost,and easy installation,which can not only completely solve the problem of T-bolt not in place or loosening in use,but also can improve the stress condition of the embedded-channel at the same time.
