摘要 基于数值模拟理论,提出了主减速器舱内通风散热一体化仿真计算方法,针对某直升机主减速器舱通风散热问题,建立了Fluent流场与热力学数值仿真模型,对开展减速器舱内通风流场和散热问题开展仿真分析研究。结果表明,在主减速器舱内充分通风下,通风散热量超过总散热需求量的10%,满足直升机主减速器散热设计需求,验证了数值仿真的可行性,为直升机主减速器散热设计提供了一个有效的途径。 Based on the theory of numerical simulation,an integrated simulation method for ventilation and heat dissipatiaon in cabin of the main gearbox is proposed in this article.Aiming at the ventilation and heat dissipation problem of a main gearbox cabin,the Fluent flow field and thermodynamic numerical simulation model are esrablished to carry out simulation analysis and research on the ventilation and heat dissipation field in the main gear box cabin.The results show that the ventilation heat dissipation is more than 10%of the total heat dissipation requirement under full ventilation in the main gearbox cabin,which meets the heat dissipation design requirements of the main gearbox,validates correctness of the numerical simulation,and provides an effective way for the heat dissipation design of the main gearbox.
