多夹持机械传动机床设计与开发

摘要 设计了一款多夹持机械传动机床,可以实现一次性夹持多个零件,完成多个工序的机械加工。重点通过对机床的电动机传动系统、三爪卡盘系统、刀架台系统、尾座系统的结构设计,使用Pro/E软件进行三维建模、装配和仿真运动,观察机床整体运动仿真过程,得知机床各子系统布局设计合理,无干涉,运行良好。使用有限元分析软件ABAQUS对机床床身进行应力和位移分析,结果表明:机床结构设计布局合理,应力分布均匀,未超过机床材料的许用应力值,可正常使用。该机床可一次加工多个零件多个工序,具有较广的推广价值和一定的应用前景。 A multi-clamping mechanical transmission machine tool is designed in this paper,which can achieve one-time clamping of multiple parts and complete the turning of multiple processes.The structural design of the motor drive system,three-jaw chuck system,tool carrier system and tailstock system is carried out.The Pro/E software is used for 3D modeling,assembly and motion simulation,and the whole motion simulation process of the machine tool is observed;it is known that the layout design of each subsystem of the machine tool is reasonable without interference and runs well.The finite element analysis software ABAQUS is used to analyze the stress and displacement of the machine bed.The results show that the machine tool has reasonable structure design,uniform stress distribution,and can be used normally without exceeding the allowable stress value of the machine tool material.The machine tool can process multiple parts and processes at one time,which has widespread popularization value and certain application prospects.
