摘要
当前,虽然人类医疗水平在不断提高,但恶性肿瘤的发病率仍居高不下。近年来,从天然植物中寻找高效的抗肿瘤活性成分已成为药学领域研究的热点。有研究表明,唇形科属多种植物的有效成分均具有一定的抗肿瘤作用。故本文以“唇形科植物(夏枯草、紫苏、黄芩等)”、“抗肿瘤”、“活性成分”等为关键词,组合查询PubMed、Google Scholar、中国知网、维普等数据库中收录的相关文献,就唇形科属植物抗肿瘤的类别、机制及活性成分进行了详细的归纳、总结及分析,希望为唇形科属植物抗肿瘤或其他类别新药的研发提供一定的依据和参考。
At present,although the human medical level is constantly improving,the incidence of malignant tumors is still high.In recent years,it has become a hot spot in the field of pharmacy to find effective antitumor ingredients from natural plants.Studies have shown that the effective components of many plants in Labiatae have certain antitumor effects.Therefore,based on the key words of Labiatae plants(Prunella vulgaris,perilla,Scutellaria,etc.),antitumor and active ingredients,this paper performed a combined query of the relevant documents in PubMed,Google Scholar,CNKI,VIP and the other databases,and the classification,mechanism and anti-tumor active components of Labiatae plants were summarized and analyzed in detail,hoping to provide basis and reference for the research and development of new anti-tumor drugs of Labiatae plants.
