Preparation of PP/PI Fiber Needled Non-Woven Filter Material

摘要 为研究影响聚丙烯(PP)/聚酰亚胺(PI)纤维针刺非织造过滤材料制备工艺的主要影响因素,以PP纤维、PI纤维为原料,选取纤维比例、针刺密度、针刺深度设计三因素三水平正交试验。利用非织造干法针刺技术制备了9种PP/PI纤维针刺毡,测试了面密度、厚度、透气率、拉伸强力、撕破强力、平均孔径、顶破强力等。结果表明:制备PP/PI针刺过滤材料的最优方案为PP/PI纤维质量比为70/30,针刺密度为800刺/cm^2,针刺深度为5 mm。 In order to study the main factors affecting the preparation process of polypropylene(PP)/polyimide(PI)fiber needled non-woven filter material,PP fiber and PI fiber were used as raw materials,and three levels of orthogonal tests were selected,including fiber proportion,needling density and needling depth design.Nine kinds of PP/PI fiber needled felt were prepared by non-woven dry needled technology.The surface density,thickness,air permeability,tensile strength,tear strength,average pore diameter and bursting strength of nine samples were tested.The results showed that the best way to prepare PP/PI fiber needled felt was 70/30 of PP/PI fiber ratio,800 needles/cm^2 of needling density and 5 mm of needling depth.
