摘要
鸢尾素是近年来新发现的由运动诱导产生的一种肌肉因子。在过氧化物酶体增殖受体γ辅激活因子α调控下,Ⅲ型纤连蛋白组件包含蛋白5(FNDC5)基因转录激活,FNDC5经剪切、修饰、分泌后进入血液形成的多肽片段为鸢尾素。鸢尾素主要生理功能包括促进白色脂肪组织棕色化、增加机体能量消耗、减轻体质量等。鸢尾素在高血压、动脉粥样硬化等多种心血管疾病中通过抗炎、抗氧化,减少动脉粥样硬化斑块,改善靶组织损伤等机制,延缓疾病发生和发展。此外,鸢尾素可作为心力衰竭、冠心病等心血管疾病病变严重程度、病死率的独立预测因子。
Irisin is a muscle factor newly discovered in recent years.Under the regulation of peroxisome proliferating receptorγcoactivatorα,typeⅢfibronectin assembly containing protein 5(FNDC5)gene transcription was activated.After cutting,modifying and secreting,FNDC5 enters the blood and forms a polypeptide fragment called irisin.The main physiological functions of iridoin include promoting browning of white adipose tissue,increasing energy consumption and reducing body weight.Irisin can improve target tissue damage and delay the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension and atherosclerosis through anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,reducing atherosclerotic plaque.In addition,irisin could be used as an independent predictor of the severity and mortality for cardiovascular diseases such as heart failure and coronary heart disease.
