摘要
锂电池极片制作一般先将涂布好活性材料的极片进行加热烘干,然后直接进行辊压。人造石墨作为目前主要的锂离子电池负极材料,因其原材料、制备工艺等不同,在性能方面存在着很大差异,制片过程中石墨负极辊压时经常会出现黏辊掉料的情况。当水系工艺涂层边缘比基材中间部位吸热多时,就会出现极片边缘的活性材料干燥速度比中间部位快,易引起辊压时黏辊。因材料本身特性、设备、工艺等原因,负极极片在辊压时经常会出现黏辊掉料,尤其是SBR应用不当引起的辊压黏辊更为普遍。分析石墨负极黏辊原因,改善黏辊的措施,探讨如何解决石墨在辊压时黏辊的问题。
The electrode sheets coated with active materials are heated and dried before being rolled directly.Artificial graphite,as the main cathode material of lithium-ion battery,has great difference in performance because of the difference of raw material,preparation technology and so on,in the process of making,the graphite negative pole is often rolled off by sticking rollers.As long as the coating edge of the water system process absorbs more heat than the middle part of the substrate,the drying rate of the active material at the edge of the electrode is faster than that at the middle part.Due to the characteristics of materials,equipment and technology,rollsticking of the negative electrode often occurs when the negative electrode is rolled,especially when the SBR is not used properly.This paper discusses how to solve the problem of adhesion of graphite to rollers by analyzing the causes of adhesion of graphite negative pole to rollers and improving the measures of adhesion.
