摘要
为研究不同公路下穿方案对高铁桥梁的影响,以一项新建公路下穿高速铁路立交工程为实例,选择桥梁结构、桩板结构以及路基+半U形槽复合结构三种下穿方案,从经济性、对高铁影响程度和施工组织措施三个方面,对三种方案进行评价对比,并指出推介方案及技术要点,为以后工程实施提供一定的参考依据。结果表明:新建公路下穿高铁时,应结合工程特点进行方案比选,一般来看,采用桥梁结构下穿,投资较低、对高铁影响较小、工序相对较为简单、工期较短,综合考虑,当高铁桥下净空满足设置桥梁下穿条件时,宜优先选用桥梁结构;对桥梁结构进行吊装架设时,应结合工程实际,选择合理的吊装措施,分幅吊装加贝雷梁辅助吊装,可提高吊机作业能力,减小对高铁既有桥梁的影响。
In order to study the influence of different highway underpassing schemes on high-speed railway bridges,three underpassing schemes of bridge structure,pile plate structure and subgrade with semi-U-groove composite structure are selected,and evaluated from the aspects of economy,influence degree on high-speed railway and construction organization measures by taking a newly-built highway underpassing high-speed railway interchange project as an example,and recommended scheme and technology are pointed out,which can provide some reference for the implementation of the project in the future.The conclusion shows that when new highway passes under high-speed railway,scheme comparison should be carried out in combination with the engineering characteristics.In general,the underpassing bridge structure has low investment,less impact on high-speed railway,relatively simple process and short construction period.Comprehensive consideration indicates that when the high-speed railway bridge has sufficient clearance to allow bridge underpassing,bridge structure should be preferred;when the bridge structure is hoisted and erected,reasonable hoisting measures should be employed according to the actual engineering situation.Divided hoisting with auxiliary hoisting of Bailey beam can improve crane operation capacity and reduce the impact on the existing high-speed railway bridge.
